Preliminary interview would require a first hand interviewing to understand the technical capability of the candidate.

Final shortlisting would be done after job profiling each shortlisted candidate, as well as understanding the culture fit for your organisation.

The bench marking would be a final analysis of all the candidates, we would recommend for the positions, after carefully evaluating them to make best of the fit.

We would keep you informed of the above process on a regular basis so as to include any inputs to help selections. At the end of 15 day as each of the profile we would discuss, so that the interviews could be scheduled.In client interviewing we would expect your close support so as the analyse each individual case.

We would be more than sure that final selections could be undertaken within next 7 days, from the preliminary selections, the client would conduct. We would request the client to allocate suitable dates so that we could align our process for maximum success.
